オカビズには12か国から13名の外交官や関係省庁・関連団体の代表が、
JICA中部の「中小企業振興のための経営強化（ビジネス開発サービス）」研修の
一環として視察にいらっしゃいました。
実はオカビズが実践している「Bizモデル」という中小企業支援の方法は、
世界からも注目されている先駆的なものなのです。
こうしてJICA中部からは毎年2回ほど視察依頼を受けています。



「Bizモデルを通してオカビズが何を目指し、どのようなサービスを提供しているのか」。
実際の成功事例を交え、全て英語でご紹介いたしました。
民間ではなく公的機関としての中小企業支援施設の運営、金融機関との連携、
広報の工夫や確実な成果につなげるコツなど、
各地の支援現場の課題を踏まえた多角的な質問が多くあがりました。

「地元のビジネスが活性化されれば、地域は元気になる」。
オカビズのようなサポートによって元気になる地域が世界中に増えること、
彼らが自国に戻り地域の経済開発や復興、中小企業の事業支援や起業家のサポートなどに
あたる際に、オカビズの事例が役立つことを願っています。

"OKa-Biz" in Okazaki is a Global Model.

Every country seeks to support their domestic small businesses, and to them OKa-Biz is a great model. And even to the eyes of international delegates, OKa-Biz is a revolutionary system.

Last week Thursday, we welcomed a party of 15 from JICA Chubu, visiting to learn about the groundbreaking methods of OKa-Biz’s business model. We had an opportunity to introduce our core principles and unique consulting methods.

“Let me be in your shoes” are the words of Muneaki Koide, founder of the "Biz model". The shoes he steps into are the ones of the small local business owners (and future owners-to-be). Through listening, we find the strengths that every business has, and continue to support them until definite solutions are made of any hurdles that the business face.

OKa-Biz has been following his philosophy and practices since our establishment 7 years ago. We have a board of professional advisers who are also individual business owners. Approximately half of our clients are female entrepreneurs, welcome to utilize our kid-friendly amenities.
